The Morning Grounding Ritual
Set a calm tone for the day ahead.
Place a few drops of any grounding essential oil (e.g. Sandalwood, Frankincense, SleepyTime or Vetiver) onto your palms.
Inhale slowly, feet on the floor.
Repeat silently: I begin today from a place of stillness.
Optional: Pair with warm lemon water + sunlight if possible.
The Nervous System Reset Soak
Warmth calms the vagus nerve and supports parasympathetic regulation.
Add a few drops of any calming oil (e.g. Rose Absolute, Lavender or Sleepy-Time) to a warm bath.
Lie back, breathe deeply, and visualise releasing what no longer serves you.
