Changed your mind

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or receive an unwanted gift. We are unable to resell your returned products.

Damaged Items

Frustrating I know. We pack each order with love and care. We use sustainable packaging material wherever possible, and do our best to protect your order in transit, but sometimes things happen out of our control.
If your order has arrived damaged, one of our friendly support team can assist you.

Apologies! Our awesome postal gals do their best to send every order complete, but if you find you have received the wrong product or something is missing from your order please Email our Customer support team:

Aroma Diffuser isn't working

All of our Aroma Diffusers come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. Sometimes we can trouble shoot to solve the problem, however if your Aroma Diffuser is found to be faulty we will arrange an exchange.

Faulty Product

Our products are organic and handmade. Sometimes this means there will be slight colour variations due to seasonal changes in herbs, essential oil and other ingredients. Rest assured your product will still perform its functions perfectly.
But, If you have received your order and it is not what is described, different from a sample shown to you, or does not do what it is supposed to, please contact customer service within 30 days.

Adverse Reaction

Please ensure you read the product label before use and follow the directions and dosage instructions recommended on the label. If you find you have developed an adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance if necessary.

Refunds & Product Exchange

Contact us to arrange your refund or return. We have 2 options:
1. Return by Post
2. Return In-Store

Please include the following with your return:
    a. Date and origin of purchase (instore purchases)
    b. Order Number from your Confirmation Email (online orders)
    c. Reason for returning goods
    d. Receipts showing any return charges

When returning the goods by post please note:
• It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us
• Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt
• Reasonable care must be taken when packaging the parcel and returning it so that goods are not damaged in transit
• We advise using a carrier that offers both traceability and insurance, Australia Post offers good tracking
